The intention of my work is to light a flame in your heart and speak to you about embodying the sacredness of everything that life has to offer. May this be a place for you to explore and uncover pathways towards your deepest nature. You will discover tools, practices, integration, and support for all of you who seek personal growth, healing, and transformation.

My work is all about healing, transformation and expansion. I offer intentional practices because what we do on a daily basis really does make a difference. The more we can tap into our true nature the more we can live life fully and make better choices.

Time honoured practices of Ayurveda, Yoga, Beauty, Sacred Plant Medicines and Indigenous healing tools can become a way of life. This is the path towards vibrant health, awakened mind, and inner peace.

Knowledge is freedom. You get to choose. Learning in the school of life never ends, it is the fuel that energises our journey.

I love the big-picture view. I am an integrationist and a pattern seer.

Across cultures and continents, we are leading lives set up for chronic disease and discontentment.

I love to help people to feel again; and to be able to hear what their bodies and hearts are guiding them to shift.

And then, to give them tools and approaches to accomplish those healthy shifts. 

I guide you towards a healthy lifestyle with tools and approaches from Yoga, Ayurveda, Eastern and Indigenous Wisdom Traditions, and modern science.
